Just kidding.. sorta.. Really though, I don't mind doing it, but toons take a bit of time and effort/energy, so we're talking a possible few weeks of waiting, so long as you guys don't mind.
Okay, I've determined a price scheme for any following requests. I really don't like to do this, but it takes a LONG time to do a good toon, and I actually couldn't justify more time spent on (tabs)'s toon when I have so many others waiting in line.
Standard Signature - Free
Animated Signature - Free
Full Resolution Toon - $3 - $10
Tooned Wallpaper - $2 with a toon
The price of the toons depends on the complexity of the picture. Obviously the longer it takes to do/more detailed the image is, the more it will cost. It's capped at $10, and at the very least I'll ask for $3. Something a bit more detailed than (tabs)'s toon would be about $4-6, whereas (tabs)'s would probably end up in the $3-4 range.
By "Full Resolution" I mean whatever size picture you send me. If you send me a 2000x2000 pixel image, that's how large the finished product will be. If you send me a 200x200 pixel image, that's what you're getting.
Pricing Examples:
Say you wanted a tooned wallpaper. The toon itself would cost you (let's say $5) $5, and then an additional $2 for the tooned wallpaper, for a total of $7. You'll get both the full resolution toon of the car, as well as the wallpaper.
Disclaimer:
If you wanted a signature later on, it would be free. If you want a regular or animated signature, it's free. The only reason I'm charging for toons isn't so much because I feel I'm that amazing at them, as it is a little bit for myself for my time. I don't currently have a job as of now, so any bit of money helps.
I can quote you on price when you show me the image you want tooned. If you're unhappy with it, I won't proceed, but if you give me the go ahead I'll expect payment upon completion.

Edit: Casey, that picture will work fine, just understand that that's the size your finished toon will be. When I get to the wallpaper I'll ask what your current native resolution is etc. but because I use photoshop they're not true vectors, and as such won't respond well to stretching. If you want to send me a larger image than by all means go ahead, I just want you to understand that whatever size the car is in the picture you send me, is the size it'll end up as when I'm done. love it ron it looks awesome! can i just have you change one thing? if possible could you make the wheels bigger so they fit the wheel wells better like in my home made 1st time photoshop in my sig if you get a free minute?
if they get a lil pixelated or w/e its not really a huge deal, its just a photochop.... for now

I'm terribly sorry about the delay, my computer's power supply recently decided it wanted to go out on me. The only computer access I've had is at school and at my girlfriends house, sometimes my brother gets off his computer for like 15 minutes or so.. but even then.. It's all kind of moot anyways as your .psd file is stored on my PC. I've ordered another power supply and it should be in Monday/Tuesday. Once it comes in, I'm going to put homework on hold and finish this up for you, as you've been waiting very patiently, and I'm extremely sorry for it.
