Periodically the car will stall when I push in the clutch or it will idle high.. I have no clue but its been doing it for years getting annoying! where do I start.. I've checked the throttle body, intake..

Is it stalling when you have the clutch pressed and you come to a stop? A bit more detail is needed.
High idle and sometimes stalls, sounds like a vac leak. Check codes first though, could be the IAC valve or something like that.

Yes when I come to a stop it stalls. Or will idle high. It just picks what it wants to do that day, not running any codes..
Typical causes for stalling when coming to a stop are either a sticking or faulty IAC valve or, on manuals, the clutch not disengaging fully. The high idle suggests to me that the IAC is not operating properly.
