I looked in the exterior sticky but couldn't find it, are 2nd and 3rd gen fenders the same?
All sunfire fenders 95-99 are the same.

Right, but there is only one generation of Sunfires. So there can only be first generation Sunfires, though they are third generation J-Bodys. All Sunfires are J-Bodies, but not all J-Bodies are Sunfires.
