I need a pin out for the body side of the headlight harness. I have looked and I can't find it for the eco car. I have it in my Hanes for the 99 so I have it. This would help me get my car done a lot faster. Thanks to anyone who sends me some info.
lhave you tried looking for 2000-2002 models? they use the same harness as the 2003+

I have the dim beams. Drivers side turn signals and parking light. no high beams no passenger side turn or parking lights.
The body harness is an 03 the headlight is a 99. I have each plug and I am just putting them together.

Top line of each is the socket side, which I think is the headlight harness side. So the body side would be the second line. Well.. check pin N - if it's orange or dark blue, there ya go.

wait so you didnt do the headlight harness swap? so simple to do. easiest and best way IMO
No I am keeping my 99 lights. Hell they have been sitting inside for 7 years they still look new lol.
so im still not getting it.. why dont you just plug the 99 headlight harness under the batter tray. save yourself some headaches.
99 headlight harness plug is different than the body side on the 00 or 03 cars. Won't plug in.
Yea I cut my body harness after the plug. I cut the one from the junk yard after the body plug and spliced the 2 plugs together. I posted a pic in my ld9 auto to 5 speed thread. Which is done other than a main dash. I drove it around over the weekend.
i plugged in my 00-02 headlight harness this past saturday onto my 99 harness. works just fine for me. lol
Lenko is going to disagree. I am not the pro but my 99 headlight harness will not go into my 03 sunfire gt body harness.
Oops, I wrote that wrong. I meant to write the 99 and 01! are different from the 03. 99 should be the same as 00... It was 2001 that the connector changed to the later style. Same between 01 and 05... where the front airbag sensor is in with the headlight harness, instead of on its own.
what about my 96 cav? i also put a 00 harness for the headlight swap lol. why did you pull the body harness?
When we have done a Ecotec swap into a pre 00 car and the owner wanted to keep the 95-99 lights we just hard wired the 00+ headlight harness to the 95-99 headlights. easy to do.
