has anyone try to convert a front wheel drive to a rear wheel drive if so how hard would it be
Easiest way i can see is to do a front/rear conversion. Where you swap the front and rear bumpers, and head/tail lights.

An honest reply would be: It would require a full tube chassis like a drag car has. Hundreds of hours of work and thousands of dollars. Build a mild smallblock with a good th350 and a 9" rear and it could be wicked fast!
