We need to remove the upper side pillar panel to get under it to remove the spot welds for the quarter panel. How is this panel attached? How can I get it off without damaging it? If anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it. Here's a pic of the piece I'm referring to.

Its actually more like a plastic/urethane material.....

Ok thanks for the info in the beginning i thought it was like clipped on or something like that, cause it has tabs on it.
