You will probaly get worse milage because you will want to hear it more.

Actually if the air is to cold you can burn more gas.  But the temp difference is not that significant that will make and huge difference in gas.

I'm not sure about that. Drive your car on a hot day and drive your car on a cold night and compare the gas mileage...I bet you that you'll get much better gas mileage on a cold night.

Nope, cold air=more fuel. But a CAI isn't going to affect it much.
