Where is the ICM located on a 94 cavalier 3.1L
any help would be appreciated

on front of block underneath the exhaust mani the coil packs (the things that the plug wires run to ) are right on top of it
You'll need to get under the car to remove it. 3 13 MM bolts holding it to the block above the starter and below the front exhaust manifold..After you get it out the 6 5.5 mm bolts holding the coils on attache it to the heatsink mount.
