This is going to be the final planning post for the caravan heading to the GM Tuner Bash, mods keep the other thread open for chit chat sakes and lets try to keep the side convos out of this once since its going to be PURELY caravan route/time planning. Thanks.
So for those of you who havent seen it yet...

If its just PA/NY then here is the proposed Route...
This will be the main point we all have to drive through if coming from NY and above...or east of NY...We can meet before this, but this is the one point we all have to drive through...
We would them meet up with PA here....(this may change, this just happens to be the point that our routes meet up and will let everyone stay on track)
What myself and Roscoe are trying to do here is get everyone organized for this. We are nearing close and questions are starting to arise as far as routes and what times people are leaving and from where. I would like to put one person in charge per state to get people to meeting points so by the time we get to the meeting point in Ohio its only 2 large groups instead of having to wait for however many smaller groups and nobody knowing if everyone is there or not.
Since a few people have dropped off the list i'm going to start a new signup sheet for each state here. The open spot next to each state that is not numbered is where we will designate as the "state leader" for each state. This would be the person to contact about any information regarding the caravan leaving or passing through your area.. Once the word of this thread gets out and we have a leader for each state we will have to do some sort of chat session somehow to organize our exact meeting places and times and we will then have a mod update this first post.

2007 GM Tuner Bash...HELL YEA
PA,MD,NJ,DE,NY and all states north caravan
The Chit Chat Thread
If your Coming from below the Blue Line, then your best bet is to take something along that route and Meet up with the PA guys...
If your coming from above the Blue Line
You have two options Either drive into Buffalo, or come to Hornell.
I am advising most to drive to hornell. There is a very minimal drive time, and you will be in a less populated area. It will be easier on you for arriveing as well as leaving in the morning. You are welcome to stay at a hotel however, there is a large plaza that will remain mostly empty through the night which is about 2 minutes off the freeway(if you dont hit any traffic lights its more like 30 seconds)
In the Plaza we have Walmart, Wegmans, Dunkin Doughnuts, Mc Donalds, and Chinesse Buffet
Within 5 minutes you have pretty much 3 or 4 of every resturante you can imagine as well as a ton of gas stations and auto parts stores(if someone needs a quick fix or part)
As I said, the best part is, this area isnt high traffic. So its easy to get around and doesnt take alot of time to get places..
The three Circles are areas where pretty much everyone should drive through. At Syracuse and Albany, the distance to Hornell/Buffalo is the same. So it becomes your choice. If your someone coming through Binghamton, well then you are headed to Hornell unless you wanna drive wayyyyy out of your way to go to buffalo first...
As sean Said, lets keep this clean. If you have questions, Post them in the other thread or PM me/Sean and we will update the thread accordingly...

So ugggh...... its getting closer.

. Rosario, by anychance is there room for 1 more person possibly in the hotel suite? We might have chris's sunfire back together at the shop in time for this and he might be bringing it out to rep for the shop. Nothing is set in stone tho, but were looking on the bright side of things.
You still got a spot for me Rosario?
