OK I found out from the Glen Burnie DMV that I can indeed go to the barracks and have a Trooper sign off. Steph, I do have a note. They said I would have to take it to the Barracks and there they would give me the sticker.
Reason I asked about the sticker is because a few people said they got them from the place that tinted their windows and with me that wasn't the case.
Oh and Steph, thanks for the invitation. Would you be free tomorrow night to go? I'd really appreciate the help in finding it!

Thanks guys, and gals for all your help. I've been stressed out because 1. people don't like to keep DMV phone numbers on their sites 2. no one seemed to know what way was up 3. I never got one single story that was the same! I was just annoyed with the situation considering I was told incorrectly what to do the first time. As for the doctors note, I didn't have this until after the ticket. I had a note stating I was able to have the tint from the shop I had, but didn't have it on me at the time (when my car goes in the shop my mom literally takes EVERYTHING out of my car) so it was at home. I got the note on the day my doctor was out, another doctor signed for it and faxed it over so that is probably a reason they didn't give me a sticker. But hopefully things will work out. I really don't want to take my tint off, it's not for looks at all. I'm actually going to have to end up tinting my Vibe if I end up keeping it too! My headaches are bad, I can't even use normal lights in my office at work. I am getting them at least two or three times a month as well. I have sunglasses that I wear dark enough, but sometimes that doesn't work. And the tint helps for those times when its still kinda bright but it's not sunny out (like when it's raining and stuff). I wish I didn't have the headaches, and for that I prolly wouldn't have the tint!

Steph, thanks for taking me. I can't believe it was right there! Well it was a no go, after the guy made me stand there for about 10 minutes he told me that since I still have tint on my windows he couldn't do anything about it and when I told him the Glen Burnie DVM told me I could go to the barracks he told me that I don't know anything and I need to leave. Stupid ass cops. I don't know how I'm going to do it, I can't take time off work....oh well I guess we'll see what happens.
