Adhesion promoter...comes in aerosol now that works really well, (its like $8 a can at most auto body supply shops) I use it all the time when painting plastic bumpers, etc...You can use any sort of primer with it. Good stuff.

ight, phill was sayin something to me about his font bumper ..

i should have used that stuff for when i was doing the interior of my car cuz some of the dye is coming off
