As the topic states, I am looking for a roommate.
It's a 2 bedroom garden Apt. You'd have your own bathroom and bedroom. Rent is $879 + cable/electric, so about $550-$600 a person per month. It's ready as of June 15th. It's a brand new apartment complex. 24 hr gym with all new equipment, walking paths, pool and a very nice and safe community. There are baseball and football fields within 5 minute walking distance as well as a playground. Police cruise through all the time.

it's actually a development that has homes, town homes, apartments and small shops. There are 2 elementary schools local and Lancaster is about 10 minutes away.

bout a year ago. But Sara and I worked things out.. She cheated on me again so I ended things and kicked her ass out.. now I either find a roomie or move in with the rents

That's a possibility. It would mainly provide me the time to pay off a lot of my debt. But I have all my friends here and I love the area. And I'd have to move back to the area that gave me so many problems before.
