I bought a 99z a few months back and it had an air/fuel ratio gauge and an oil pressure gauge on the "A" pillar, but they were not hooked up. Me and a buudy were hooking them up the other night but had some trouble. All the wiring seems correct, but there is still no signal. Not sure if anyone has some advice??? Thanks
first things first where did you hook the wires too and what brand are the gauges. also update your profile more

what engine? on the 98+ (maybe even the 95-97s too) 2.2 2200, the A/F gauge signal wire goes to the only wire coming from the frist O2 sensor, Its a purple wire. The oil pressure gauge you need to buy a sending unit and on th back of the block theres a couple holes that are plugged with "set screw" type bolts. unscrew one of them and screw the sending unit it and hook up the wires from the gauge.
The engine is the 99 2.4. The gauges are made by Phantom. We hooked up the air/fuel one up to the purple wire by the first O2 sensor. The oil pressure one I'm pretty sure I need another part for in order to hook it up. But I'm not sure why the air/fuel ratio one is not working?
check the power and ground i would hook it to something that comes on with the car IE the radio and same with the back lights in the gauges.
