hey guys, I am trying to sell the 2.4 motor, trans and spec clutch and flywheel as a package for $400...

all you need is stock cams and cam towers...

bang up deal for a decent condition motor and trans and low mileage clutch package...

Hmm, thats very tempting phil. Tax returns are coming up and I live in a house now with garage so I wouldnt have to put it in my old apartment lol. More details?

Motor good?Mileage on it and trans? Would you take off the head and drop price at all?I have a ported head sitting around ready to be put to use haha. What stage spec and what kind of flywheel? Maybe its time for a build, and maybe...cough...just maybe a tranny swap hah.

Wow, just saw your classified post so that answers most of my questions. How about separating head and dropping price a lil?

yeah if you did NOT want the stock head with it, and just took the short block, trans clutch and flywheel I would do $350...

but it does not come withany mounts or anything. I also have most of the timing equipment.

Scott gave you my number, feel free to text as you want...

I am sorry Mike, but that is a kick a$$ price for the motor, tranny and clutch!!!! I have not been able to find a complete LD9 for less than $600

Qwibby might have his Cav running before mine, LOL!!

thanks... I am just trying to get it out of here. All I need now is my trans... this will fund my trans...

Then once income tax comes I get paid for the race head and I can get my exhaust, clutch and computer and boom it will be up and running

Yea I know thats a kick ass price, but I pretty much have absolutely no money to play with right now. And waay too much going on also to even think about picking this up just yet. Feel free to sell it to anyone but keep me as interested. Prolly not until tax returns though

Jason were you planning on picking it up?

I thought about it as my stock motor has a spun rod bearing. I just don't have the time to drive out to Phil's to pick it up It took me about 9 hours round trip when I picked up his hood, but well worth it
