typically we can do a entire job in a full weekend. ( we get the car early friday you get it back sunday) depending on the extent of work you want done.

In reviewing the pictures of your work. Why are you leaving bumpers, mirrors, rocker moldings, door handles, door moldings, windshield washer spray nozzles, head lamps & tail lamps on the car while you prep & spray. You'll never get all of the edges covered especially if a color is changed let alone the idea of not being able to sand the edges to prevent the paint from peeling.
Any decent shop would remove all of those items... some even remove the quarter & back glasses if the molding can't be roped off. I've seen some leave all of these items in, the most common being Maaco... is that a good guess as to what the name of the shop is?

true you do get what you pay for. why would we do extra work for no money? That is true about everythin. because most people expect things to be perfect for the cheapest amount they can spend. if you pay the money you can get all these things taken out and deon 100 percent how it is supposed to be done. there is no way to make money by taking out all the glass etc and still give you a price of 600 bucks. if you want it done we can do it.
So if you are not a MAACO, you guys give a MAACO paint job or less for more than MAACO prices.

ok first off if you dont ahve anything positive to say please just shut up this is not your thread
secondly. I am not sure if you know this or not but there is no paint job at macco that is base coat clear coat for 600. the cheapest base/clear coat job there is about a grand. and the cheapest job there alone is single stage cheap paint that is about 600 because the paint is 250 plus tax plus the other 250-300 labor.
And if you look at the pics these are no maaco paint jobs. The orange probe was delivered here from pa and has won every car show he has entered.
Like I said you get what you pay for. Another guy spent thousands on his rx-7. He understands the quality of work. Everything was taken off his car and the entire car was wet sanded and buffed and he could not have been happier with it.
All I can do is laugh at this thread.

sounds pretty simple, guy can do $600 paint jobs, and $3000 dollar paint jobs...i don't see any need to hate. Those kandies look pretty decent (in pics albeit), but kandies are not easy tp spray, so I think he has some clue what he's doing. i think i'd let him paint my car, but I definitely am getting what Ipay for, whether its a good, or cheap paint job. Wanna save money? Take all the trim off yourself, and put it back on yourself. you'll get a better job, if you can get it all back together straight. just a thought
you want a $500 paintjob i will make it look nice for that money. but why would i do all the extra work if you dont want to pay the extra money?
you want quality work and want to run with the show cars you need to throw down some cash
