You could get a JBO sticker, than add in smaller print underneath it, Mid East Region.
Wouldn't be hard. Just go somewhere that does Vinyl Graphics, and have them match the font.

There isn't one like that but if you want one bad enought drawl one up (someone else?) and take it to the sticker shop and have them cut it out and put it on and represent!

If you are still looking for the decal, you could always ask Jason from A+ Performance. He made the sticks for us MN-J people. I'm sure it will be pretty cheap too.
As far as the quality goes, I have had mine on for about 3 years, and there is no sign of any pealing and/or damage.
