Well meet at ale house, have some lunch or appetizers and just hang out, not in a parking lot and not in the heat. This will give you a chance to get pics with everyone in the daylight and not have to waste your Saturday night.
I invited one of my photography buddies so if he can make it I can guarantee awesome pics.
