..if so we all should meet at the dragstrip...brainerd dragstrip, its only $10 every tuesday, time trial as much as you want.
Im from the Knoxville area, I dont drive the j much anymore, currently gettin ready for paint and such. I have a SS Cobalt i drive now. If you get people together then i wouldnt mind drivin down one tues nite.
I'm in Chatt now, but the Cav is nearly parted out and going up for sale.
Sucks that I have a drag strip 7 miles away now and it's 1/8 mile.

I would be really awesome to atleast get a J out there to meet. I'm the only J that goes to the dragstrip, I have gone for like 4 or 5 weeks now and never seen another.

Yeah that's the one I'm talking about.
I'ma couple hrs north in nashville. Would be down for possibly meeting up sometime. Got friends in the area I could crash with.
I know this tuesday I won't be going (14th) its my buddies dad's birthday and I always go with him, he has a 84 camaro z28 with a 350..bored over, 4.10 gear, alot of good stuff, its his and his dads. Also his DD right now is a '97 Saturn SL2 with some high miles and the transmission is going. He'd bring something to run with us though, I also have a friend with a neon and another friend with an sl2 and we know some other friends too. We could get a nice big group. Its a convenient area too, right next to the highway and wendys. arbys, krystals, burger king, A&W..good places to get some food too.
Maybe we could get some people to meet on the 21st? Gates open at 6 and runs from 7-10.
There are alot of Honda's around here, my POS 2200 with a broken mount almost got one which looked fast with its bodykit and what not, lol.
I stay in chatt, but I don't race the Cav. We can hook up though
Let me know. Hell, you may have seen me already. I do a lot of driving and I sometimes be in the East Ridge area.

Never seen you man, I live in Ringgold, GA but my buddy lives right outside of east ridge so I go through it alot. You don't have to race it if you come to the strip on a tuesday, its $10 spectate or run.
It'll be awesome just to see another J and check out each others rides...That cav is clean btw bro, love it, i'de love to ask you some questions about some mods you've done.

Oh ok. Yeah I can def come out to the strip. I also dont mind talking about cars in general, especially J's. I'd tell you everything you'd want to know. My best friend also has a Cav. He doesn't be on the forum really, but I can ask if he wants to come as well. He has a red one like mine with a body kit

Yeah I can come out on the 21st no problem.
When you show up they'll ask if you want to run, just say yes, that way you can come down to the pits, theyll put numbers on your car and you can come park in the pit. I'll get my cell number to you too.
I usually work 2-7 on tuesday, but let me find out which pharmacist I work with and I can prob. get out early or work a shift to get off earlier.
alright man, heres the deal, I get off work at 7, and at 7 is when the cars start running, gates open at 6.
I could be there at 7:30, its up to you bud, they close at 10 on tuesdays.

Eternal I'm 99% sure my sunfire is going to be in the body shop monday and however long it takes to put a bumper, fender and paint it all,
im still going tuesday, but ill be in a friends car, may be able to get him to bring his 84 z28.
im depressed that I won't be able to bring my car, but It is tore up on the passenger side anyway so that side looks like crap. If you want to wait until after the 21st It doesn't hurt my feelings or just come the 21st and the next tuesday so you can see my sunfire

alright, sweet! the tuesday after the 21st my car will be done for sure. oh and the concession stands are a little pricey, not too bad, so bring a drink or food if you think your going to get hungry, they let you leave and come back, but you don't want to do that.
I"ll PM my cell to you so when it comes around to the day, we can keep in touch or whatever.
I believe i might bring the cobalt down on the 21st to meet up with yall.
