Why are you guys going I-75 from Fl? From Jacksonville the drive to the Bash is only 12 hours and 46 minutes. Why not make the drive all in one day.

yes, as of Sunday, I will no longer be a member of the O-Town Throwdown and will be moving back to Ocala. I'm not gonna divulge details publicly, but ppl like Jess who know Shani's dad will understand why.. with that said, I need to find a place to meet up with you guys on the way outta FL

With stops and picks up of people along the way it would be forever and I can see us not getting there til midnight or later.
I used to be really good with road trips, like from Orlando to NY in one night kinda good. I personally know that now if i'm in the car that long or longer I'll get cranky and sleepy as hell, especially if I'm gettin up @ 8-9am to leave. Besides, its a road trip, it doesn't have to be a straight there and back trip
Jbdy04, I'll look into it and see where the route best works for everyone.
I guess I understand (but don't). Robert and I talked lastnight about it. I would never get up at 8am for this kind of road trip. We would rather get there in one day and spend the extra day in Ohio.
In 04 a group of Fl people went to the Bash (5 I think) made great time until we popped a power sterring hose in WV.

I understand wanting to see thing in the World (as do I). That is why I take vacations. To me this is not a vacation this is a car event/show. As is the florida meet. I come to hang with the people and the cars. That is why at the florida meet I'm there early on friday and stay until Sunday.

depending on how my court hearing goes this Friday, I may or may not make this... best case scenario, they feel for me and lemme keep my license and I can make up my child support payments as I go.... worst case, they take my license and throw me in jail, to which I wont be seen for a long time
I just hope coming back to my hometown will get me a job faster, with less ppl and competition
