And get this ish ... i go to pay my stupid ticket today .. so i can get my license re-instated... the girl's like well since you don't have ins on your car (ran out a month ago) your license is going to be suspended again on the 19th. Soo basically, i can pay the $50 now to have my license for what ... 11 days? then pay $50 AGAIN after i get ins?? WTF i wanted to reach thru that tiny lil window and slap her =\ NOT kool!
On a lighter note, i called today for an interview, i must wake up early (and we all know how much i HATE that) and call them tmrw and hopefully get the interview tmrw! Soo wish me luck on that

Well lets see me and Jess hit the yard today for a few....

Found Patrick's fuel rail no problem.... although I was pissed to find out that the car still had fuel in it when they advertise that all the cars are DRY... so I nearly got sprayed in the eye with gas.. no fun at all =-x

Jess got her tail light she needed and an extra valve cover to use as she's workin on hers

Went back to Jess's, installed her engine mounts in like half an hour... not sure why mike had such problems with his =P

and I installed the Sun Visor i snagged off Chris, which looks awesome in my opinion =)

Jess took some pics so I'm sure she'll put em' up here eventually, lol... especially of my ghetto rigging skills =D

Ok so..
First was the trip to the J/Y .. in the like 105deg heat .. not kool when you didnt eat all day (aka - ME)
Jake found his rediculously expensive muffler he's been eyeing for about a week

Sounds pretty nice and quiet pushed into his muffler lol

So we looked all around the GM side found nothing of use to anybody cept the fuel rail that shot fuel all over Jake's hand and across the front of the car and halfway across the walkway. By then i was done lol. I was sittin on the ground and Jake was sittin in the car .. on the engine getting the last of the stupid bolts for the valve cover i needed, then laso-ing the cruise control cord around the valve cover to pry it off lol
So got that, came back to my house, jacked up the car with 3 jacks lol got the lower mount in

then proceeded to read the RK Sport instructions: Jack car up. Place Jack stand underneath car. ... yea ok, i think we can handle this lol
Got the upper in .. i soooo shoulda painted it ... will be doing that soon

Then as were trying to get the bolts to line up with the engine .. Jake grabs one of the jacks ... Jake .. what r u doing??

Pushing the engine forward a bit! lmao
Took HP for a test drive .. holy crap what a difference. Now i need tranny mounts!!
Next we prepped Jakes car and got it ready for his new spoiler.

I think it looks pretty good. Will get better pix on Sat for sure.

Thats about it for our adventure of the day
