maybe i am slow but i cant find hood pins for my 04 carbon fiber cavi hood so if anyone knows of any let me know
um i would go find a good pair.. no autozone but.. some other brand.. but hood pins are universal..
maybe this is a sign from above that you dont need hood pins, they dont add hp/tq and they look like @!#$...dont rice out ur car,please.
i think i read a post like a week ago about how someone was thanking god he had hood pins on his carbon fiber hood cause his latch broke or something.. imho look up a good set of locking hood pins..
well i took my hood latch and the brace it is on off so i have to run hood pis it wasn't heavy but a few pounds here and there add up so if you want to go lighter get hood pins and if you are just going for looks don't you will always be able to tel if your hood latch is broken before you drive anyways

he isnt looknig for show nor weight reduction, just a safety procaution. a buddy of our actually had his hood come up and smash the top of his car in when his latch broke. so if anyone who has some please let him know where you bought them. I personally dont trust autozone for their pins and i know he has tried a few websites and found nothing. Mike- I was thinking talk to jason at a plus performance i am sure he can point you in the right direction, if he doesnt have any himself

mike, you can add hood pins to the list of things i would spend decent money on. unless you like your hood almost flying off all the time.....
