I don't want to go with ddm tuning, its like 32$ to ship to canada. I'm thinking of going with ebay. But are there any well know sites that ship cheap to ontario?

They have several different types of kits to choose from, including some that aren't ridiculously expensive. It's still worth a look even if it's not exactly what you were looking for.
