I second that.. it's making me consider going the same route.
How does it not need an E-test? mine is a 2002 and i needed an E-test before I could get my sticker.

true .... it has to be e-tested after new owner ...dosent matter about the odd or even yrs !!
The e-test he had done when he took ownership may still be valid.
