If you can't tune it out... RK Sport sells them for like 30 someting dollars (last time I checked)
Just a though that came into my head. If you disconect your battery then re-connect it. It should clear the code. Since it's probably the #2 02 sensor, if you drive slowly and don't accelerate very fast, there shouldn't throw a code. You might want to do that the day of the emmisions test.

^ I accidentally cleared my 'puter once before an emissions test, and they told me to drive more miles & come back the next day or two b/c there wasn't enough data in the ECU. My test was in the same county as Luke lives in.
