both are 90* v-6, and some parts are interchanable. i was thinking l67 because of the tranny bolt pattern, and its a j body, 290 FTlbs is good.

let me call the junk yard where i got my motor from and my bro's focus motor, or stop in as it is right down the road from me. They seem to have good prices. I will post back eventually.
800$ . they have a few motors with miles from 80k up to 180k.
no wiring harness though.
i could call a few other places when i get a chance.
i found some on car-part for 400 with around 100K.
i need a flywheek now
