Sweet...I live in champaign, my car is nothing special though so I'de probably get ragged on, Im just into J's and mine is a slow work in progress cuz money doesnt fall off trees unfortunately. Let me know where in champaign its gonna be, and about what time. I even know my way around this town lol
Well...That Steak N Shake is in the middle of our "business district" basicly, so there isnt really any parks relatively close to there. There is one park thats about 5 miles away from there that has a big parking lot, but there isnt a guarantee on there not being anyone there in the lot. Also it would depend on how many people you would expect to show up. I can try to think of other parks but there really isnt any around here with lots or anything of that nature. Ill try my hardest tot hink of something. Let me know if theres any other places that you would want to try to go, and also. what made you guys decide to come to champaign? I've waited forever for people to come here and no one has, its very exciting!
Don't forget about me, I live in Lincoln its bout an hour half drive but I will be there. I have yet to get to a j-body meet even one just local s this should be a blast. Also, is that the Steak-N-Shake kinda by the campus cuz if it is there we could jus go over to the Assembly hall parking lot and chill there. If that isnt the same steak-n-shake then there is one by the campus jus for info purposes (also very easy to find)
that is a very good idea brandon, I totally forgot about the assembly hall even though I live here.
dont worry bout it i have season tix so i kno my way round Champaign, plus the fact i was born in Urbana, but ne way. I think it would be a very good idea and that S-N-S isnt mucxh harder to find at all. Plus a very spacious parkin lot at U of I and good photo op with Assembly hall. Let me kno.
P.S. wat is the date set for?
its set at saturday july 29th. And we will meet for lunch around 1. The onyl thing we're worried about right now is whether or not cops will give us a hard time at the assembly hall. My uncle is a U of I cop, and im going to ask him to make sure, and if that falls through were gonna shoot for lake of the woods in mahomet.

Awsome, are you going to be able to come hang out for a little while, and by the way, I think were meeting at the steak n shake on neil street by the assembly hall, then hanging out at the assembly hall parking lot, my unclke said we should be all good there as long as we dont cause attention to ourselves which I doubt we will. So come on people....give me times on when youll be in and if you need directions

No problem carrie, the address for that steak n shake is 1709 South Neil Street. If anyone needs directions to this, let me know what interstate and what not youll be coming off of, and Ill help you out. Cant wait to see and meet all of you guys, and lets see whos all coming!
