ok can some one explain to me when using the MSD 2.2 coils you use just the 3 prong plug but what do you do with the other plug that has 8 wires going into it? And also when doing the mod do you just connect the wires to the 3 prong plug extend them and plug them back into the ICM? i am confused and would like to get this done right the first time thanks for all the help

MSD Coils? Or MSD ignition box? The coils should just pop on in place of the stock coils.

ok i didnt mention that i have a 2.4 in the car and i am wanting to do the 2.2 coil mod but i am wanting to ise the MSD coils and interfaces so i hook up the wires to the 3 prong plug and into the ICM correct? Well what i need to know now is where does the big 8 prong plug that plugs into the coil cover on the 2.4 go?

Into the ICM. The ICM controls the three pin plug.
