ill just put it this way... no matter the car, the next few months are going to be very exiting for all of us in the n/a world.

All I want... is a little of the good life
after seeing this thread for the past few days im still wondering why none of the moderators moved it from the
PERFORMANCE section over to the
RACING section where it belongs...

Eat my shift
Both amazing builds. Can't wait to see the vids on youtube and surely on here. Wish it was going down in Ohio so I could be there to see it in person. We should compare to fastest quad family n/a times at the Ohio bash or even in a thread of n/a pass times on a quad in 2010.
Anyway pass the popcorn

Pretty please?

Lanman31337 -F = fatties = do not want. A little chunk in the junk is ok though.
hahaha say what you want but anyone can build a motor with off the shelf parts. id be very happy if the ld9 had half the after market support the eco does. the eco is a very capable motor but with everything already made for it. That leaves out all the fun and lacks imagination. however you want to build then build. either way you look at it the end result is...FUN

it is true, the eco has a lot available, but thinking inside the box is what makes builds boring. just because the parts are there doesn't mean they have to be utilized.
picking what you want to build, then doing anything it takes to get it is where the imaginative stuff happens.
a thick wallet usually helps too.
Is Paul still using the ITB setup, or am I thinking of someone else?
I have no signiture
He made a setup but never got it to run right and then sold it. I think he was using a 60mm throttle body on the 13.6 run and now has stepped up to a 75mm. IIRC
65 to 75. If I remember right

8 psi with m62 and IAT under 100
^^^ yup. 65mm for taurus SHO throttle body (which is for sale, pm me for details) was there for the 13.6 and the 201whp.
now its a 75mm northstar
