Order placed on May 13th.
After a long time waiting he personally phoned me on July 7th and assured me it'd be at my door within the end of the week.
It is now July 26th with no product and no response from LZM.
What a class act this guy is.
Can anyone here contact this guy on my behalf and get some damn answers for me? If so it's greatly appreciated.
It's messed that there is no way of getting ahold of this guy besides hoping that he will respond via e-mail.

I have sent in total about 6 e-mails for a new top plate replacement and some new or better rubber bushings.
I've removed myself from the email replies because all I see is bitching, bitching, and more cry baby bitching.

next time i will read the damn forum before i buy @!#$... here i sit with a busted lower mount, cant get ahold of the guy either... purchased on the 17th of july; do the math...i will post again when or if it ever comes in. more then likely i will be filing a claim with paypal.

I'm also waiting for replacement bushings. I ruined my soft ones, so i'm forced to run solids, till they get here...... I Think i'll start looking for a replacement on my own though. I wonder wat i can use................
If you guys need a mount ASAP, let us know we stock them and always coat to order and ship in LESS THAN one week...

Dude, chill, you are NOT paying for shipping. I ordered from him with NO issues. It took a month to get the mount but that was what I expected due to customs. Granted it took a 2 emails and couple days for him to get back to me when I was asking about status, but he's a busy guy I understand that. But I would buy from him again and not think twice. I love this mount compared to the RK insert.
There is no wonder that J-Body's rarely ever got new products, even when they were still being produced because of all the pissing and moaning!

I just thought I would post that I did get the top washers to come loose..I snugged them back down,and they are fine...As far as the bushings go they have small cracks showing on the outside..They have been this way for awhile now,And have not gotten any worse..So I still have no regrets in dealing with Clayten,And I am sure all issues will be resolved..But this started out as a product review and it is sad to see people have taken it to a Bitching thread..If you would take your bitching and start a new thread it would be great...And Mods if possible.Please Lock this thread..
STFU about customs as an excuse! People located in the same country as LZM are having problems too.
People have been waiting 3+ months! It's unacceptable! I'm not waiting for some custom engine it's a friggen motor mount.
So far all the product has going for it is looks. Function is crap on rubber bushings and the customer service/shipping is horrible!

I think the guy packed it up when all the mounts started going bad. That way he don't have to pay out of pocket for new bushings, top plates, etc.. It's not the first time that i have seen this happen.. Luckily i have a rk mount ready to take its place. It might not look all that great but i won't have to worry about it snapping or what ever.
I hope that's not the case bro. I just want my cash back so I can buy a TTR mount.
I don't know it's just my theory, just like other people's theory's saying that he is up all night working and sweating making these mounts..
after 2 weeks finally i recieved an email back from the guy, seem very very polite and a nice guy. told me "The mount was shipped on the 20th which was the first full business days after your payment was received. With it coming from Canada shipment should normally take 7-14 business days. Your shipment is right in the middle of that timeframe and I would expect it to be in your hands with in the next few days.
We have replied to any messages you sent us through the ebay messaging system, although we have found that messages don't always get through due to ebay blocking messages they feel might be a breach of their rules. Unfortunately we have not had the time to log onto JBO in a while so we would not have received your message from their. The best way to contact us is always through this email address."...it should be here any day like today or next week sometime. I do still believe that this man should have emailed me when it was shipped out and or let me know when to expect it. i have ordered stuff from canada before, it never took this long to get to my house. i will post up when it comes in.
i ordered upper and lower mounts.. emailed him 2-3 times and nothinging in 5 days it will be 3 months..

Keep in mind you only have 60 days with paypal to file a claim. After 60 days, you are out of luck, even if they didn't send you anything, Paypal wont refund you.
ALWAYS get your items withing 60 days when paying with paypal.

I have given up on ever getting the solid bushings I ordered or the replacement top plate I was promised. At this rate the rubber bushings should be finished by the end of the season and will put the stocker with poly insert back in. Too bad. I'm all for encouraging new product and all, that's why I bought it; but you gotta service your customer no matter what especially when starting out, NO excuses (20 years in retail taught me that but it's really quite obvious).
Yea I ordered just the solid bushings since I hadnt even installed my mount yet but had heard about the rubber ones cracking. Ordered the bushings on 7/3 and logged onto the site where it says they havnt even been shipped yet? I could understand a full mount maybe but just bushings and they havnt even shipped yet in over a month?
Its only $20 for bushings which I could care less about getting my money back but Id just rather be able to put my mount in. I think they should offer a shipping otion that you can pay a bit extra for for reassurance. Not bitching or getting on the guy but how can you expect to run a successful business with cusomer service like this?
