I was wondering what the best additive is to clean my engine,and fuel injectors. I have seen a bunch you add to your oil run it for abit then continue with your oil change. but im not very trust worthy, don't think they will work. Also the octane booster you can buy at Canadian tire or any other store, does that stuff work?

Nothing you dump in is going to make a huge difference
Seafoam is about the best cleaner really
They say 1/3 in gas tank 1/3 through TB 1/3 in crankcase then change oil after 100 kilometers
I dump 1/3 in tank and 2/3 through TB when i do it
The only problem with that is i have looked and i can't seem to find the seafoam.

Walmart has seafoam...like 6.95 a can maybe i use 1/2 in the gas tank and 1/2 through the brake booster...

Why through the break booster? others use it in the TB.

you can do it either way. but the reason behind the brake booster is because you have to take off the filter and tube to pore it into the TB. its not generally a good idea to run an engine without a filter. besides, i think its easier thru the booster line

If you can't find Seafoam, Marvel Mystery Oil is another option. Use it the same way as Seafoam. I used it in the Probe, and I had smoke all the way down the street. I just hope you have understanding neighbors.

i heard alky injection really cleans so what if you spray myst of alcahol thru TB or into brake booster??? if that would work would u use ethanol or methanol??

Nope. In fact, those "engine-crankcase" flushes are really nothing more than kerosene, which you add to the oil & then run the engine for about 5min then drain the oil. It's not really recomended, and you'd do far better for your engine if you just ran a good quality detergent oil in it & religiously changed the oil & filter every 3000mi (What's the metric for that?). And use a good quality filter like Wix, or K&N if you really wanna get crazy over it. Don't run Fram, as their filter-case has a tendency to flex & bulge a lil' and cause oil-pressure levels to drop by about 5-10psi compared to a filter with a good, strong case like Wix.
Go beyond the "bolt-on".

Please, do the math & include the SAE-version with the metric for those of us who can't remember the conversion readily, and any brand oil that sees big advertisement regularly will do. Royal Purple, Mobil 1, AMSOil, Castrol, Valvoline, Penzoil, Quakerstate... They're all good! Just pick the one that meets current API-specs & the viscosity your engine requires & brand you feel most comfortable with since they all meet the API specs, and after that it's just a matter of what additives they choose to put in.
In your case, an oil meant for high-milage(KM) engines is the best choice since they have additives that help keep the oil-related seals soft & pliable for good sealing.
And since you have so many miles (Km) on your engine, I'd be on the watch for a timing-chain failure. For some reason the chain-set in the LN2 tends to fail around 100,000mi (160930km), at least in the S-10 trucks this engine is in anyways. Just keep a heads-up on that & buy yourself a Cloyes set for it from a Autozone ahead of time, just to be safe. It a one-day operation to change it (At least on the truck, that is) so if it does fail you won't need to worry about it being down long.

We don't have an auto zone around my town, so would napa work or even piston ring? Also should i just get a stock replacment Cloyes set

Yes, as long as the supplier is a reputable name. And yes, a stock replacement Cloyes set will be fine... Since there's no other type (like a double-roller) of simple bolt-on timing chain available. And the Cloyes set is built to standards that exceeds GM's, so you know it will last.
