E3's or Copper-Core Splitfires would be a better choice, from my experience.

Uh, I think it would help if we all knew what type of engine you have in it (Re: Fill-out your profile!).

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend the Bosch platinum+4's to anyone unless they were a super-lazy ass, with no clue as to what performance is, and also thinks going 100,000mi between tune-ups is a good idea.

Why? Simple rule: Electricity will always follow the path of least resistance. Adding more than one side electrode only gives the spark options as to which point to jump to, and for duability (If you're lazy!) this is a good thing, but the platinum center electrode really isn't that got of conductor (I've learned from using regular Bosch Platinums in my brother's car, and it had a favorable sparkplug location & angle too) so any benefit to be had by them is nullified.

Truth told, for a sparkplug's exposed portion of the electrode nickel-steel or silver are the best metals used, and just about everyone uses nickel-steel. Brisk (A Chezch-Republic manufacturer) makes ones with silver, and they have seen use by winning race teams too (Just like Bosch Platinums!), but with more success.
