Wondering if anyone on here knows the stock fuel pressure for a 95 2.2 sunfire? i have looked all around and can't find it. Also what are most of you guys running as a inlet and outlet on your intercoolers? 3 inch right?

thanks
jason

47-51psi. It's in any service manual.

Go beyond the "bolt-on".

Most run 2.5". Unless you are shooting for 600+ whp, I'd just stick with around 2.5"

There's nothing wrong with going 3" , only complication is larger pipe can make harder pipe routing through the engine bay. But as stated you're not going to notice a power difference.

Also, make sure if you're checking the pressure at the fuel rail that the vacuum line is disconnected from the FPR.
