Hey all, I'm actually a hardcore camaro guy, but with gas prices, I had to by a daily driver, so I just picked up an 03 cavalier ls sport (5 spd.) I am going to college this fall, so not a lot of money to play with right now. I was wondering if there were any cheap cold air kits out there, or if there is a tech write-up on how to make my own> I'm just going for a little more throttle response.
Ebay intake + K&N filter is what you want. A short ram(WAI) will work just fine. On our cars there is not really a difference(performance wise) between a CAI or WAI.

No, the 2.2L Ecotec and the 2.2L OHV are completely different engines.

If you're feelin' bold enough, you clould work-up some sort of Ram-Air system... But again, that's just me (At least here).
Go beyond the "bolt-on".
