Installed the upper mount today. It's freaking amazing but it turned into a pain in the arse job. Had to pull out the coolant resevoir, had to go buy a new bolt to put the cruise control bracket back on, didnt have any 15mm sockets. Had 14 and 16, but no 15 (???). All in all, it was worth it. Thanks a lot TTR and Aaron! Look forward to doing business with you again!

if you think that is a pain....you have a harsh reality check ahead of you.
glad you like the mount though, I have heard lots of good things about it.
How do you expect to work on a cavalier without a 15mm. You really only need 5 sizes ..... 10mm, 15mm, 18mm, 1/2", & 9/16".
1/2" and 9/16"

somebody must have swapped out your bolts in ur car then.
10mm, 13mm, 15mm, 18mm, done.

Riddle me this... riddle me that...
I have 1/2 for my intake/exhaust bolts and 9/16 head studs!
Definatly the 13, damn yoru a gonner if you dont have a 13 with you.

Well, it wasnt hard at all, dont get me wrong. It was basically like putting a bolt through a board and tightening it down. Just a few bumps along the way i didnt expect. Next up is the lower and pacesetter header.

lol true its pretty easy to put it in, take like 5 to 10 mins, to bottom mount is fun with the poly bushings u have to force and squeeze them in there
I diddn't time it but I am willing to bet I did my ttr upper in less than 15 min. from opening the hood to closing it.
and doesn't just about every tool kit come with a 15mm???

Those are 13mm. Every bolt on the Cavalier (at least under the hood) is metric. 1/2" is the closest equivalent to 13mm, which is why it works.
If you think the removal of a coolant resevoir is a pain try accidentally breaking one of the M12 motor mount bolts in the engine mount... yes it can be done and it's a royal pain in the a$$ to remove!
