So I got my new shiftplus on and got it wirsed up.. black wire to light blue with white stripe and red to red wire reight beside the light blue with white stripe. So the deal is when I have it on level one or two it wont shift past 1st but when its off it drives just fine... Gah help me. I have a 01 fire gt.
it'll just stay in gear and hit the limiter?
Wiring doesn't sound right.
"the wires u are connecting is the black wire to the lt blue with white stripe, now the other red wire you want to install to is the red wire with black stripe this wire is directly underneath the light blue one, not the one to the right of it, which is another red with black stripe wire, which has a dark blue wire underneath, look at the connector with the white arrow at 180 degrees, any problems let me know, i get no engine lights, and my ets off light doesn't come on like some people have had problems with stage II."

I thank you. Its working now but I have a no traction light on
Some people get the traction light, some don't. I only get it when I put it on setting 2. It doesn't come on for setting 1. But I barely use the damn thing. It didn't impress me one bit.
The no trac light is from abuse mode in the transmission. I do not know of anyone with the B&M that does not have the light come on.

ZYAAAA light does not come on. I beleive it was turned off using HP tuners.

Yes Ron "shifted" disabled ZYaaa "Brad's" abuse mode. Thats why he has no lights.

z yaaaa's light does not come on. It was turned off using HP tuners.

My traction control still works to.
-on a side note, im not using the shift plus, ive got the autotrans interceptor. both have been known to disable the traction control though.

I have had my B&M do both,come on in Stage 2 and sometimes it won't,no biggie!

My 96 2.4 auto doesn't get a TRAC light on any setting on my B&M shift plus, but it does work you can sure feel it. I do have a bone stock tune, I dont know. Just thought I would throw that out.

mine doesnt have a trac light... but mine does seem to go into setting two without me even switching it..
