I'm not 100% sure that exists but, i m sure you are little strapped for cash but just save about 100-200 and you can get a nice new muffler welded on. I didn't spend a lot, i bought a flowmaster 60 series and i love the way it sounds. I m sure plenty of other members will chime in with some great muffler choices.
yeah idk where to start and yeah i just gradjuated and starting colledge it sux and can you get them at an auto zone or ebay?

i know checkers offers magnaflow mufflers. it sounds great on my cavy!!!!
Silly ricer, useless wings are for penguins.
O'rielly offers Flowmasters, about 60-80 bucks. since you want the deeper sound, go with the 60 series, the 50 is a lil raspier, and the 40 is VERY raspy.
just an exhaust tip won't help that much. a straight-through muffler would be the best way to go... although you're not going to get the nice rumble of a V8.

Go to Pep Boys, pick up a 3A Racing muffler for sixty bucks, go to any shop in town, have it installed for forty bucks. $100 and two hours later, you've got a good rumble sound and a shiny new muffler. Flowmaster and Magnaflow are good options but I didn't want to have to get a tip and 3A sounds just as good...
That's how I did it anyways
autozone, cherrybomb turbo, i think its like under 40 bucks, u buy a nice tip for like 20, have it welded on your good to go
i heard the cherry bomb is to ricy ?
yea i heard that too. i dont want it to sound like a beat up honda lol.

Well not to burst your bubble but if you just go out and buy a muffler like a 3A racing one or the like (basically if your muffler is a canister type with a tip thats bigger then the inlet) and just weld it on it WILL sound like a beat up honda. Theres no getting around that.
We all have to save, Im working part time and working my ass off at it to save up and this is the way it works out...
1. you buy X part for your car....basically the part that you THINK gives you what you want.
2. You dont get what you want and find out that cheaping out really does'nt do anything but empty your wallet.
3. You now have spent 40 on that muffler that looked cool and sounded like a nursing home on baked bean thursdays and want to REDO what you already did the right way and end up spending at least 100-150 more then you would have in the first place.

Do it right the first time, stick with magnaflow, Borla, flowmaster or dynomax (not saying other brands are @!#$ but those are the safe bets) get two mufflers, one oval to match the stock size muffler in the rear and one (longer the better) striaght through canister type as a resonator. Something like a cherry bomb glasspack is a cheap choice,, again go with magnaflow or one of the other brands. You get what you pay for.
There IS an exhaust thread up in the performance forum...I believe Dave Dunsmoor wrote it. Read it, its good and he knows what hes talking about. Even with a header and hi-flow cat my exhaust came out just how I wanted it to sound and is nowhere near the definition of what most would call loud.
