turbo project

so i just bought a turbo off of an 89 ford probe. the turbo is one of the smallest made however was only 20$. The question at hand is; has anyone made there own custom exhaust manifold for their turbo and if so i would like to see pictures seeing how close to the hood is it mounted. i have heard that you can run about 8 psi on stock internals. i have a 2.2 push rod and the turbo has an integrated bypass valved that can be set at a maximum of 12psi. also there isn't much information for compatible injectors for the the high impedance ones that come stock on the 2.2 . i heard that you can use mustang green tops just wondering what the CC is on those and the amount of LB's it can pump through it. i know i need to buy a fuel pressure regulator. but i was also wondering how much PSI i can push without an intercooler. any suggestions and comments could help. my goal is only about 200-250 horse once i get done. thanks in advance.
