I'm hoping you guys can help me out with this man because its getting really annoying. What I'm wondering is whether anyone on here has installed this part for the 2003 2.2 ecotec w/ac. I cant find the correct measurement for the new belt. The stock belt has an effective length of 40 inches (so im told) please do correct me if im wrong. And the part number I looked up as suggested by RKSport said the replacement belt should be 77 inch which seems way way off considering I thought the belt should obviously be smaller than stock because the pulley is smaller than stock..duh please guys any help much appreciated.
To be an underdrive pulley, the actual Pulley is considerably larger.

a underdriven crank pulley means smaller, an alternator pulley is larger.

Best to use a string and guesstimate then goto your nearest parts store and what ever fits and looks the best.

FYI all 03+ have A/C
but if you do a search you should be able to come up with a part number, I know I posted it somewhere in performance way back in the day. Or you can call RKSport and ask them or possibly buy it through Karo (I know he has everything RKSport sells for cheaper and with free shipping, but not sure if he'll have the belt since its not RKSport)
The "universal" part number is 345K4. Which means 34.5 inches long, 4 ribs wide.
Currently #4 in Ecotec Forced Induction horsepower ratings. 505.8 WHP 414WTQ!!!
Currently 3rd quickest Ecotec on the .org - 10.949 @ 131.50 MPH!!!
Why not a 345K5 belt. Since the pulleys are 5 ribs?
