Yup, I've gone f'ing insane and am gonna do it...

First step, remove all the crap from the GSX-R 1000 TBs...

Now I need to find me a stock ecotec intake manifold and throttle body for mock up before going to the fab shop... who wants to donate to the cause?!

I told you that you could have one of my spare stock manifolds cheap when you finally did this.

I should have a stock intake manifold in a few weeks. Maybe we can work something out.

Few weeks is too long for us. LOL. We want this done soon...all he really needs is the flange so LZM can cut it on the CNC machine

The company that Exploited's Brian works for now more than likely sells intake flanges for the ECO, I know they sell them foir the 2.4, something like 55$? O so sexy. Wont be difficult, just somebody needed to do it.

We can get it made nice and cheap, at least cheaper than GM's ripoff price of $80, by LZM...Owen just needs the flange pattern to copy. I'd like it done ASAP too since I want to make my own manifold too.

Exploited's flange sucks. Seen it, laughed at it, hope its melted down now. Anyone who buys anything from that dip@!#$ deserves what they get.

It's not going to be easy... its not going to be cheap, but I'm not doing junkyard @!#$ Honda guys typically do. It'll have proper blending, vacuum canister (for MAP + brakes), everything welded and shiney!

Thanks for the encouragement kids... its going to take some time to get finished since the car has taken back seat to the ol' career and my stupid travel center (the TBs were waiting for me at the post office for 3 weeks while I was in the States).

It'll get done one of these days, just need multiple weeks at home to have some fun with the car

I read an article in SCC about a Miata and they did the same thing.

The owner said you could really tell the difference in power.

Props on doing that. If all goes well the same might be in my future. Good luck.

^Fuji Racing, I'm guessing. They really know their sh*t when it comes to ITB. They made more power going that route than they ever did with the Jackson supercharger.
