I am getting ready to install my HO mani and i have a quick question. How do you re-drill the bolt holes on the mani? The manifold's weird shape prevents me from using a drill press and its really thick metal so i can't use a wimpy cordless drill, can I? Just wondering what others have done. The guides just say to re-drill them and not how to do it.

Yes i know which holes to re-drill and how its supposed to look.

Drill works fine.
The metal is REALLY soft.

Cast aluminum, but still aluminim.

cordless drill works fine ive done two and used a cordless drill for both.

yep drill works fine helps to have a vice cuz doin it between the knees and pushin with the drill is kinda hard...i have no vice ha
