i was just thinking about something today. eventually i would like to do a full exaust on my cavy, header, hi flow cat, resonator and muffler. and i was just wondering if all the aftermarket parts had all the fittings and what not for the sensors. cause i dont want to put it all on and have it getting horrible gas milage and running like crap just because of sensors.
You should have no problems if you get the correct stuff.
if need be you can always find a nut that will thread on to the second O2 sensor, weld it on the pipe and drill a hole for the sensor, home made o2 sensor bung

yep...and to help you out a little, either look specifically for a "O2 Sensor Bung" or if you get a nut, the size for O2 sensors is 18mm

ok thats awesome. i figured it would be but i wanted to be 100% sure. do you recomend any specific brands? i was gonnna get a pacesetter header, i had one on my beretta and i loved it. what cat should i lood for? i want to get the biggest thrush glass pack possible, and i have an APC muffler like i had on my beretta 2. all with 2.25 piping. any suggestions are welcome
Header - Pacesetter
Cat - Magnaflow
Muffler - Magnaflow, Borla, not APC
Piping - get it made, not crush bent either, mandrel bent
Get the Magnaflow 9403X series Catalytic converter and you will be fine... It is OBDII compliant and has the O^2 bung already in it and it works perfectly (or at least it does on my car).

well i already have the muffler. i guess i could get another one if i had to. i dont want it to be loud, just sound really good. so i prob will end up getting another muffler. idk i guess we will c
APC makes horrible stuff. You would be better off buying a new muffler and throwing out that APC garbage. Grab the longest resonator you can find and you should be golden.
