i just got the Poly Upper Insert and lower dog bone from RKsport, i have no clue on how to get the upper one in, if anyone could help that would be great, pics would be appricated

I don't have any pics, but once you take a look under the hood where the mount is, it should become apparent what needs to be done. I think there are four nuts that need to be removed, and then you'll be able to move stuff around and get the insert in there. Be warned, it is a pain in the arse to get in so use plenty of soapy water.

well i got um in, i didnt use a jack either, i did it in a macdonalds parking lot, i like the feel of them but the rattling is kind of annoying

did you notice much more rattle from your engine? have you installed both already? I just bought some too, do you have a balanced engine?
