Went to the track yesterday and it was horrible. First the 90 minute drive in rush hour there with a headache. Then a 90 minute stall because the computers were down. And my first race, my clutch messes up and wouldn't switch to 3rd gear til I let go of the gas completely. I ran 16's 3 times because when going to 3rd, it over-reved and I had to let go of the gas for a second for it to switch. It was loud and windy all night so my headache just got worse, then on the way home, I heard a bolt? swing around in my engine a few times and just got out, and next thing I notice when I wake up and get in my car... my header is loose.
Recap: Tranny is messed up for good, Sucky 1/4 times, Header is loose.

i cant imagine myself taking a 90 min drive to the tracks. i feel your pain
get a wrench and tighten it back up. that what you do

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
Check if you're missing a bolt. If you are, get a new one.
On another note, if you need to rant about something or vent please use OT or some other means. Not trying to sound like a dik, but I clicked on this thread thinking you needed help but just got a story and no real questions.

Blown.
Did you check the rest of your exhaust? Are you sure its the header?

lol, you call that a bad day? its all part of the game, not everything goes smooth all the time, atleast your car still runs/drives you could've smacked a wall, blown the clutch apart, put a rod through the side of the block, etc... i call this a regular race day lol.

Get it scanned at Auto Zone or another shop near you and find out what it is. There's a possibility that it could just be cleared and you won't have to worry about it.

Put some Lock Tight on them bolts and they wont come loose anymore.

hells no on the locktite-o lol... then again i dont see the need for it... use some pipe thread selent, it wont cause the bolts to be stuck like locktite but will make them stay in the head and not loosen off just the same...
