are they really worth the time and money to put them in? i have high miliage and want a bit of a boost in power and already have the cams so just wondering? plus did any have them with boost and does it help for that too?
Im sure if you'll notice a bit of a difference with them N/A, ive heard guys on here say they love them with their turbo or S/C setups.. Hopefully some N/A guys can give you better insite about that.

YES. I am NA (for now

) and have 116K miles. I installed them about 3K miles ago and I love them. They are a nice addition and add a bit ob seat-of-the-pants pull. Mine feel espsecially good since I already had a header and the H.O. intake. I dont know why or how, but after I put them in the whole powerband felt smoother...as if the whole thing was more free flowing.....IDK. Just what I noticed.
The point is: Do It!
definitely do it. The cams are complimented with a nice port and polish/3-angle valve job as well as a header/exhaust/intake. If you have the cams and the knowhow/people to do the swap for you, dont hesitate, get'r done!!! definitely worth it. I did it and am glad I did
I have no complaints about mine....

can't wait to put mine in, I'll post when I boost them too
HP Tuners | Garrett T3/T04B | 2.5" Charge Pipes | 2.5" Downpipe | 650 Injectors | HO Manifold | Addco front/rear | Motor Mounts | HKS SSQV | Spec stage 3 | AEM UEGO Wideband | Team Green LSD | FMIC | 2.3 cams | 2.3 oil pump swap | 280WHP | Now ECOTECED
If you can be around/help when its done, the education for seeing how the different components n things interconnect alone is worth it.

Remember....syringes go in the RED waste basket.
it's worth it for learning how everything works together like mastin said,
and it gives a nice boost.
you make the decision..
me vs john higgens
ME GM charger, 2.7" pulley, rk 4-1 headder, and full 2.5 in exhaust.
john, 59MM tb, SECRET CAMS, intake, 4-1 headder, and full 2.5 in exhuast.
we ran from a 60 role, and by the time i hit 110, i only pulled one car at the most, on him, and he had 17" rims on.
so ya, them cams are worth it.
