Best custom air intake Job

Check it out

I just took my stock '97 2.2L air filter cover flipped it upside down and then flipped the air filter and duct taped it down to the air filter cover, it works better then stock. and yes I did take out the air filter box. (what a waste of space)

Umm... Yeah the air filter isn't designed to flow like that. Bad idea and ghetto.

Nice try, Next time put some better thought into it. BTW a cone filter is used for a reason, Its cleanable and flows air much better while still filtering it air.

Yeah it would have been a lot more work to run it thru the rubber grommet 2"s to the left of your inline fuse holder.

It would have also been More cost effective, he would not have needed to buy and extra 3 feet or so of wire, you could have saved $6 or so.

I can't save more money on things I got for free, got it all from my bro and yes that wire is a couple gauges too big for my 2 8" subs. Flame on.

You have time to duct tape your air filter but you can run a wire thru a grommet which would have been easier and safer?
