i have a 2004 cav, do i need to remove the intake resonator if i want to install say a k&n intake(short ram)? thanks everyone
Yes you have one but you don't need to remove to install a short ram.

just remove the stock intake that u can see from looking at the engine with the hood open..if u wanna do a minor minor weight reduction then remove the intake resonator. u can save the resonator removal for a day when your bored.

yea. i had mine in for like 2 years after i installed my short ram. and one day i was just screwing around (actually i ended up dropping my battery terminal screw thing down inside it so i had to take it out lol)
