Intake Manifold.....

Is our Intake Manifold on the Ecotec made of just metal or is it Aluminum?





2004 Ecotec Cavalier 9.9 in the 1/8th mile. 15.7 in the 1/4 mile.

wow, yeah dude you need to know how an engine works. you are talking about the valve cover, i would assume it is aluminum

yeah I did mine blue but now I have a carbon fiber cover on it.. But it looked really sweet.

Polish it, it takes a while but its worth it. I am working on one now probaly won't be done and installed til spring.

I painted mine. Looks great, I think.
cost $5 and a couple hours.

sand down the rough parts. Then I just took some dawn (dishwashing soap) that will cut down the grease. And scrubbed it with a scrub brush. Then to make sure all the water was gone, I blow dried it. (hair dryer) Then I painted.
