Casper Electronics 4wire heated o2 sensor retrofit

I was browsing online this morning and saw this. https://www.casperselectronics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=103025&Category_Code=Cavalier. Has anyone worked with this and does it offer better results / less foul up with headers or turbo setups, than the factory or Bosch OE type replacement sensors?
