Hey guys,
yes, i have a ricy Apexi N1 on my car. Love the straight thru design and least amount of restriction as possible to let the s/c breath, but i want something a little more mm.. non ricy. What are the best options for a performance muffler, but not soo loud but still louder then stock. Also, anybody a suggestion on tips to go with it as well..
Pics and opions welcome.
Thanks!
Nate

its called a resonator
these "non rice exhaust" threads are getting pretty old
search next time, there's like 3000 of them everyday...
If its an actual Apexi N1 muffler, and not some cheap knock-off, keep the damn thing because those are nice mufflers. Just get a Dynomax Thrush glasspack, and use that as a resonator. It'll quiet it down some and make the tone smoother.

Yes, it is an authentic Apexi N1. Works well, just too loud.

Mm.. I know theres lots of them. I don't want just anybodies 2 cents. I want somebody who actually has a set up on their car, of a similar set up. To know that is sounds good and will not lose any performance.

Well he actually meant that calling a muffler "ricey" was getting old. A muffler doesn't determine how someones exhaust sounds like, there are more components to help with sound.
