I was wanting to get this exhaust for my 05 eco and I can't find a good place to order it from I know a few people on the org have this exhaust and I wanted to know where you ordered it from because I really want it. That's made by Apexi, correct? You sure they make an exhaust system for the J-bodies?
Also, 2 1/2" is kind of big considering you don't have boost nor motor work. I would honestly look for a 2 1/4" exhaust setup, check out Magnaflow or Borla if you want a pre-made exhaust system or look for a local shop to make you a custom exhaust system and pick a muffler/tip you like to go along with it, that usually comes out cheaper too.

No the kit is made by Megan. And Magna flow does not sound good, to raspy for me I want something deep and mellow.

I think you're thinking of the "magnaflow" setup sold by RK Sport...that's not the setup I was refering to. The real maganflow setup has resonators and an oval style muffler and sounds very deep (similar to Borlas setup).

Yeah where I saw this item at was on another post. It's one on here in this secons that says megan exhuast is so sweet or something I asked them about it just haven't gotton a reply yet. And the only thing is about the real magnaflow set it it's what 499.99 for my car? That's a little much. Unless you know where it's cheaper then I'll jump on that. I thought that the one from RK sport was the same thing but I guess that one it just the magnaflow muffler with the pipes my RK. So let me know how much the Magnaflow is and I'll deffinatly probably get that one. I love the sound of my friends on his focus and that's what sold me on magnaflow untill I heard what I thought was the real one. Guess I was wrong. Let me know thanks!

I believe the price varies depending on if you want single exit or dual exit...I don't know which one you're interested in. It might seem high but it's worth the money...great sounding exhaust system, flows great and...oh yeah...IT'S MAGANAFLOW! lol
Trust me, spend the extra buck for a good system.

i am wondering somthing, what make a muffler application specific? it is just a muffler 2 1/4" or 2.5 " or 3 " tube style, stright through, the only think i couls guess would be the hangers might be in the wrong location but other then that whats up pls tell me cause that has botherd me for awhile,

Mufflers aren't application specific. You can take any muffler and weld it onto your piping if you wanted. What is application specific with cat-back setups is the pipings and where it leads underneath your chassis and how it hangs or welds on.
If you do get a muffler, try to match it up with your pipings as best as possible BUT you can put an 2 1/4" inlet muffler on 2" piping with welding, I know cause I had done it at one time.
